HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE ON OUTSIDEDIFFERENT.COM
You can make a purchase order by simply writing your delivery address and giving the data needed for the invoice; there is no need to subscribe or to create an account. To purchase you must:

Upon receipt of the order, Meridies snc will send the customer an email containing the order number and information about the ordered products, the details of the price of each product, the shipping address as well as the payment methods and the approximate delivery times. This email does not constitute acceptance of the customer’s purchase offer, but merely confirms that the order has been received. Upon receipt of the customer’s order, Meridies snc will verify the availability of the ordered products as well as the correctness of the information provided by the customer.
The sales contract with Meridies snc will only be concluded by Meridies snc sending a separate email accepting the purchase proposal and/or confirming the shipment of the ordered products.

Upon receipt of the products, the customer must verify that: the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the transport document; the packaging is intact; the product complies with the order or the purchase proposal.
The customer cannot contest the conformity of the product if they have accepted it purely and simply, without reserving to check its integrity and compliance with the order or proposal by noting it on the delivery note.

Failure to comply with the request for documents authorizes Meridies snc to terminate the contract due to the breach of the purchaser. It is expressly forbidden to make multiple registrations corresponding to the same person or enter data of third parties. Meridies snc reserves the right to prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all customers.
